My order status is “unfulfilled”, what does that mean?Updated 2 years ago
An "unfulfilled" order status indicates that your order has not yet been picked, packed, and shipped. Once your order has been picked and packed, a shipping label will be created and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your order's tracking information!
After receiving your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update from the courier. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email within the timeline indicated at the time of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder.
